Snow and Church

A trip up to the Church, to see how the heating was working - it seemed great, but what will the cost be?

Here we see it sparkling clean after lots of hard work!
The view as I started down the hill again

Church gate to House gate.

Two pictures, taken in the garden:

Two lovely people who live next door:

Where is that food I thought you had?

Move over, I want it! Oh, you blurdy cheat, it is only a camera!

OOooo nooo I hate that the - This post has been removed etc - it looks so sinister - it was me trying to hide the fact that I'd made the same comment twice. Hangs head and sneaks off.

You make me so envious. The last time we had proper snow even the adults around here were in short trousers and the Falklands hadn't been heard of.(1981). Lovely little church.

Wow, Withy - you've certainly had some snow, haven't you! Glorious photographs - I specially love the one of the gravestones which looks so peaceful and quiet. Nothing down here, yet, but I'm sure we're going to get some this winter. Brrrrr!

magical sight! Am very envious since we've lost even our frost, which means the fields have turned to muddy sludge again: not a good look for a pale dog. (I think if a comment deleted is there at the same time as another we can suspect an inept stabbing at the keyboard has been afoot!)

I love the fact that your summery garden photos are followed immediatly by the winter wonderland scenes. Your garden is beautiful in winter - and the pictures are like something from a glossy travel magazine.

Oh these are just gorgeous - the church looks so snug and then that snowy walk through to the glimpse of your perfect house. Bet it's cold though!
The horses are stunners.....names?
